Books and Bricks Global

Books and Bricks Global is an international ministry serving students and teachers in rural Kenya. This outreach organization grew out of a ministry at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church in West Seattle and began its work in Kenya in early 2004. 

Books and Bricks Global partners with schools in Kitui County to fund the 3S in education. 3S is Sustainable Scholarships, School Supplies and School buildings.

Our legacy and what we do in detail: 

• Every year, Books and Bricks builds a new library for a deserving high school in Kitui County.
• Every high school student we sponsor, who qualifies for college, gets a full college scholarship.
• Our relationships with the students we sponsor is personal. We follow their paths from high school to college and beyond. We visit them in Africa!
