Doug Thorpe is Professor of English at Seattle Pacific University and chair of the board for Friends of Sabeel North America, a non-profit that works on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through the lens of non-violent activism and education, including theological. He has visited Israel and the West Bank four times, including as an educator and tour leader.
